How it works:

Fill out the questionnaire and attach current performance data by sales channel and by SKU family (at least 1 year but longer is better). Attach any customer research you've already conducted (we will do our own also). Any marketing performance data you share and website data will be useful too if you have it.

It's over to us! We will review your questionnaire, check over your data, and confirm back to you over email if your brief has been accepted. Once we confirm it's been accepted, the 14 day clock starts for the Brand Growth Strategy package. Timings for other packages will be shared in advance. Work is shared back over a 1 hour presentation and one round of feedback and amends are included.

Why do I need a Brand Growth Strategy?
A lot of scale ups jump straight to briefing a designer to make a logo and some guidelines. But without a strategy - how do you know that branding will differentiate you from the competition? Why's it so cheap?
We've seen first hand how agencies and consultancies drag out brand briefs to make them year long projects and sweat the minutiae detail that really isn't going to move the dial. "Is it the AND in this brand purpose statement that's most important or the YOU?" (This is an actual true story of a debate that raged on for weeks during a real life brand project conducted with one of the top UK agencies). Why do they do this? Because the agency model is charged per hour. So by taking away the pay by hour model and setting ourselves a flat time allocation and cost, we can just deliver great work without being incentivised to drag it out to the end of time. We also use the latest AI tools to help us reduce research costs and operate on a platform model pulling in specialists as and when needed rather than an agency model with high fixed headcount costs where you're paying for everyone all the time, inc. the receptionist!

Thanks! Before we built our website we did our own Brand Growth Strategy.
